This is my second purchase from this roaster and i find the quality of thr beans to be very good at a fair proce given the current prices for coffee out there

I am not a gourmet ...

Describing coffee flavors is beyond my scope ... I just know a good cup of coffee when I taste it. Though I have found I have a preference for coffees from the Guatemala - Honduras region, choosing between them becomes a question of which steak is preferred: Sirloin, Porterhouse, Filet Mignon ... You will not be disappointed with Honduras Morning Splendor, it is a fine Porterhouse; On another note, I sure enjoy the size selection by Roast Haus; makes it easier to explore the varieties. Good shipping, too!
