CXD Duo Pack (2 Decks + Starter Kit)

Another great tool to add to my toolkit! I think these will be a gamechanger for people working in the CX space, including internal customer service work. I do find the ECD more versatile which is why I have scored these a 4 rather than 5 - I think the ECD could also be used for CX conversations, The CX is definitely a well-tailored tool for customer work :)
