Emotional Leadership Development Course - Online Cohort Based

This is a photo of my set up each week as I prepared for the weekly cohort coaching calls. The 5 cards selected (and in the foreground) are the cards I chose for the reflect and review activity - in the context of how I felt through the learning experience. Added to these is the ECD black card 'Proud' I have that card near my workstation to remind me to celebrate every day what I have just accomplished with the generous support of ECD mentors and my peers in the same cohort group. I've spend 20+ years as a leader and the use of Emotions and the deck is so smart that i wish i had it when i was starting out and not halfway through my career.

The facilitators are engaging and an excellent resource to help in launching the program into our organization
