I am loving my Sans. It took me months to decide which company I was going to buy from. Plus I had to save up my money. I bought my Sans system and am over and above pleased. It fits perfectly on my counter. I love the hot water feature and the whole machine is easy to use. I had to contact customer service before set up because I didn’t realize the ph Boost was in the machine already. Customer service was via email and the response was within a few hours. I really enjoy the good tasting water. It has made a difference in my cooking, my coffee and my plain ole water. Thank you.
