25,000 mile cam chest inspection

This spring I hit 25,000 miles on my CVO street glide so I checked my cam chest and found out that one lifter and one cam lobe were showing lots of wear. This made me decide to make sure that if something fails in the future that the metal particles would be caught before damaging the engine.

They really work! I’ve now installed the Figurati magnetic dip sticks, oil and transmission, on all of my Harleys, touring and softail! They do pull “gunk” out of the fluids and make monitoring my machines as easy as checking the fluid levels!
