The remote fan/light works great and is very convenient on one side of the bed, but it seemed like a good idea to have a 2nd Light/fan remote for use across the room from the desk. So, we purchased both the 1st replacement remote and the 2nd remote from Anderic. The price was great, the delivery was fast, and I was very pleased with the support, too. It was an all-around great purchase. I deal with Anderic again.

I was not certain the fan remote control was the problem. Ordering a new one SOLVED the issue. Worked first time I pushed the button for the Fan or the other buttons for the light.

Very happy with new remote. The remote was the original remote which was 10 years old.
