Samsung BN59-01298A Smart Touch TV Remote Control

Activation was very easy. I just turned on the television and pressed the home button. The television took care of the connection. The various controls are all working properly and promptly.

We misplaced the original remote, well my grandson broke it...And bought an after market remote, but wouldn't do some of the things I needed to do on the tv. Got fed up and ordered an original and all is good. A little more expensive, bit worth the money and then some.

assistance with remote was excellent very helpful with trouble shooting and resolution. ended up ordering new remote and part infor was provided at time of initial call in event we needed. orgeing process was great as well than you
