American Wagyu New York Strip

Being a wagyu novice, these American wages, New York Steaks were a wonderful surprise. They were as tender as the best tenderloins but with a with a terrific terrific steak is steak chew. The marbling melted into the meat with a great flavor. I will certainly order them again. One Of the best steaks i've ever Cooked.

Inconsistent Quality in this Shipment

Honestly, a bit disappointed with 1 of my 2 American Wagyu strip steaks. I've ordered a variety several times, but unfortunately this order had 1 steak that had a rather large gristle line right through the middle which really brought-down the experience.

Great flavor and very juicy. And very abundant portions.
