Side camera failed within 3 weeks. Customer service is horrible. Tapo expects me to pay for them to fix their mistakes.

Terrible connectivity issues! It worked great for the first week, but now keeps going off-line. I installed a wi-Fi extender 8 feet below it, and it still loses connection more than it works. I will be sending this product back.

TP-Link seems to think ease of mounting is more important than camera security because it has magnetic mount that allows for easy attachment of the camera.
