Received so many compliments about this hair. Absolutely beautiful.

Terrible customer service. It can take several days to receive a response. My order was not complete and I was missing one bundle of Hair and they kept giving me the run-around only to offer me a $20 credit for the missing hair and then by the next email, it was changed to $10 credit which is quite ridiculous. I plan to send back and just get a full refund and dispute the difference with my credit card institution. The customer service is really poor, I would rather pay more for better service and quaility.
