All in all this hair is pretty good! Soft don't shed. However it had a terrible smell when I got it. My hair was just threw in the bag I didn't get any free gifts. Arrived late and Customer service was hard to get in touch with. My total experience was about 4.

I would love to have ordered some of this in other colors but 14 inch was limited to natural black. Please contact me if there’s a way to get burgundy or 27 in this hair. Thanks!

I love the hair there was no shedding fitted it within 5 to 6 hours. I ordered two packs which was 100 strands I would say for a thicker look order another pack. This is my finish lock with two packs. I have ordered another pack waiting for it to come will update on the photo.. but definitely recommend.
