Water wave, I have been using their hair for years , especially since I a braider. They hair never dissappoints. I am satisfied customer . I used the hair for two installs. The picture I posted is after the second install the hair still looked good 😍

This is the third time I've bought hair from Eayon and I was VERY pleased with my past purchases. I finally went to do my hair, & I don't know WHAT hair this is, but it is not what is shown in the pictures. The ringlets are much bigger and bouncier than what I expected. It almost looks synthetic. I went ahead and installed the hair; I did miracle knots in the front and traditional crochet in the back. Money wasted, thoroughly disappointed. UPDATE - Although I was very disappointed in the hair that I received, I was equally pleased with the support that I received from Eayon. When I contacted them, they were very responsive and attentive to my concerns and needs. Although I was unhappy with the curl pattern, we came to a reasonable solution. I know that things dont always always go as plannned, mishaps happen, and people wont always agree, but it is refreshing to know that a company will listen to you and try their best to resolve a problem. I will be a returning customer.
