Very happy Deerun was able to find the right remote for my walkmill since I misplaced the remote that comes with it. I tried two other companies to get this remote and both failed. Thanks Deerun.

Delay in Delivery

I ordered a replacement remote control. It took almost two months to get it. However, Customer Service did give me a $10 refund for my inconvenience. I would suggest that Customer Service be more informative regarding any delays in delivery. In two phone calls to the company, they never gave me any information regarding the delay. I love the thread mill; it works great.

I damaged my remote and needed a new one ASAP. Customer service guided me to this site where I was able to easily purchase and replace my remote. Thank you!
