Received my remote only after contacting them that I hadn’t received any tracking information in about 3 weeks. Then, tried to pair the remote with the walking pad and no success in pairing.. after reviewing troubleshooting videos on their website. I’m done.

Had to look up how to pair it with the treadmill as no instructions were included. Otherwise it’s been flawless.
