This bike is great and the customer support is phenomenal.
The bike is light and a great price compared to comparable bikes on the market. Assembly is very easy, but pay attention to that left pedal as it’s threaded in reverse. I nest up the crank and pedal. After reaching out to support I was fixed in no time. My son is still learning how to pedal or I’d post a video but he loves balancing in the bike.

Biky Air 16
Just received the Biky Air 16 and the transition from 14" to 16" was seamless and he just took off with a smile.. We used the sizing chart on Biky's website and it worked well for us. We bought the one on sale with only the rear brake but it has been a non-issue as the rear brake is enough at these fairly low speed. Our little one is happy!

This is truly a great bike. Very easy to use and effective hand brake. Light enough for a 4yo to handle with ease. Safety chain and steering restriction was a huge plus!! For us, the weight was the most important thing and this is the lightest bike i could find. We’re growing out of our Joey 12” (oob) and no other company made a bike under $500 that hit evrything we were looking for perfectly but Biky. Ive been showing all the other neighbors and they are truly impressed as well!! No back brakes. No weak or exposed greasy chains. It will grow with him for a few years. Highly recommend
