Exactly What I Needed When I Wanted More Room to Cook

I already own and regularly cook with the Musui-Kamado, which I truly enjoy. However, there are times when I need a larger pot, especially when cooking bigger portions or certain dishes. This holiday season, I decided to splurge and purchased the Oven Pot 2.0 in the 26 cm size, and I’m very glad I did. I’ve already made several dishes in it. I stir-fried vegetables, which came out excellent, and I also steamed kabocha squash with great results. The pot performs beautifully, and cooking with it feels intuitive and efficient. One thing I especially appreciate is that the Oven Pot 2.0 is about 30% lighter than the original, which makes using the larger pot easier to handle. It’s clear that the company continues to refine and improve its products, and that ongoing improvement is both motivating and inspiring for someone like me—I’ll take all the help I can get in the kitchen.

Enjoying my new Vermicular Oven Pot 2.0

The light yellow color goes well with my kitchen, and the pot is much lighter weight than any other Dutch Oven type pot that I've looked at. It's easy to wash, and I appreciate the convenience of the lid stand. I've only cooked beans and some chili in it so far, but everything has turned out well. Though it is lighter in weight, it holds heat for a long time. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Unbelievable All Purpose Pot we use for EVERYTHING

This is the most stunning and well made Dutch oven have every used. It sits stunningly on the stove top for all to see. It is lighter than any other dutch oven I have used. I was nervous about the inside ridges but they are remarkable. They keep things from burning at the bottom of the pot and allows you to steam things as well. I will be able to hand this down for generations.
