There was a mix-up / problem with the order and I only received 1 bottle instead of the 4 that was ordered. I sent an email to their customer service and received a response within 24 hours. I new shipment was set up which I received in a few days. It was so nice to work with a company that believes in customer service and quickly follows through to resolve issues. I have used the product and it works as advertised and does a nice job cleaning my vinyl LP's. Based on this experience, I will be a repeat buyer.
