The only toner I use! Works great, no burning or stinging. I have sensitive skin so this works wonderfully

One of my favorite products from Tony Moly. I use this as my first step in removing makeup. I can apply pressure with a cotton round and really lift quite a bit of makeup. Then I follow with a facewash and I’m done.
