Orderd the bundle with Cyro spray and heat therapy roll on and the evening spray. It’s fast smells good and works great for minor strains and sprains. It only takes a few seconds so I apply the roll on and the spray before work and when I get home I apply the evening spray. I work on the docks and let a lot of partners use it they like it so much they end up buying there own! Great product. I try and bring it with me every where!;too help people with pain , like me.

Excellent product, i use it daily and at night. Using there nighttime product i sleep all night with no pain. Daytime i use either heat or ice cold and no pain. I thought it was another gimmick, its the real deal.
