Replacement Part: Auger for Squirrel Stopper Deluxe

The people were nice but I got the wrong pole. I had a feeding station from a different company that bought it from you and so I wasn’t aware of all your products. When I asked for a replacement part I didn’t know there were several kinds of squirrel stoppers. Had someone told me they carried several kinds maybe we could have avoided ordering the wrong one. It’s just frustrating get a part that doesn’t fit only to send back and wait for the correct one. I take blame too but I am unaware of your company as I went through a local seller. However they were very accommodating to get me the correct one. (Hopefully as it is in transit). I am just excited to get back to feeding my birds. Thank you
