Love all of it

These are great, as I had bought the same item a couple of years ago and was looking forward to having a bundle pack this time. However, I needed to exchange the item for size small. I reached out to customer care a few different times in email regarding an exchange. They replied back that they would email me a return label to use. It’s been over a week, and I still have no return label, and now I am not getting any reply from customer care on my request. Is very unfortunate because I do like this brand, but customer service seems to be lacking .
