My socks

I have worn another brand for 2 years before buying these mid-compression socks. I am 85 years of age and find the sockwells to be as good as advertised. During the warm months I wear them with shorts. Sockwells selections of color enable me to match my clothing whether I am wearing shorts, slax or a suit. These mid-compression socks keep my blood flowing and my legs much less tired during my daily walks of up to 3 miles. The socks make sense from both a fashion and a health standpoint. They are more expensive than regular hoisery but very competitive with the mid-compression competition.

Shipping

The socks are good, but not great in terms overall comfort. Calf support is steady. Ankle support is soft. The sock is very tight on the feet. Standard shipping through snail mail - USPS - is terrible and other options are so expensive that it takes away from the value of buying online.

Functional But Expensive

I purchased moderate graduated compression socks and they provide that, while being comfortable. However, $42 for a single pair of socks is prohibitively expensive for me.
