Kids Magnesium Oil Spray 200ml

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I contacted Salt Lab after finding dark particles/specks inside a bottle of their Kids Magnesium Spray. What should have been a straightforward customer service issue turned into months of unnecessary back-and-forth, repeated follow-ups, and conflicting information. I was incorrectly told my purchase was over a year old when it wasn’t, was given inconsistent responses throughout the process, and spent far more time chasing updates than any customer should have to. A refund was discussed but never properly resolved, and after becoming exhausted by the process I eventually gave up and accepted a replacement instead. The most frustrating part wasn’t the product itself—it was the way the issue was handled. When a customer raises a legitimate concern about a product, they shouldn’t have to repeatedly follow up, wait weeks for responses, or feel like they’re being brushed aside. While I did eventually receive a replacement, the experience left me with little confidence in the company’s customer service and complaint handling procedures. I won’t be purchasing from Salt Lab again.

I have been putting it on my kid feet, and he no longer comes to my room halfway through the night. he sleeps right through. Love it.
