The best iron I ever had

I was working with traditional soldering irons for many years. I thought I needed one with smaller tips. I got the HS02 and I am really impressed. It hears up so fast, it's so much easier to hold and maneuver around when working. The case and the integrated stand with the tips are just amazing. Overall I am really impressed and very happy with it. I recommend all that like working with a soldering iron for repairs or projects to get that one. It is really worth it. On a side note, I do not see me using my previous irons any more. 🙂 Thank you Fnirsi for making these quality tools.

Glad I bought it

I'm a beginner in electronics so this is what I needed for soldering. It's lightweight and easy to use and takes up very little space. Everything fits nicely in the case except the included power supply. So I suggest FNIRSI would take that into account.

Worst experience of this year for me

At the beginning of this year, I bought two soldering irons from the official FNIRSI store. Unfortunately, due to incorrectly filled customs forms, I never received my items — customs sent them back to FNIRSI. Since I had paid for both the items and the taxes correctly, it was FNIRSI’s responsibility to fill out the forms properly. To resolve this, I contacted their customer support, but so far I have received neither a response nor a refund. I’ve effectively lost my money. In the past, I bought FNIRSI multimeters through AliExpress and everything went fine. However, this time, ordering from their official store resulted in me not getting what I paid for. I will certainly reconsider my opinion of this brand and will not be buying anything from them again.
