Highly recommended!
I got this cultivar because I wanted to try one that was labeled for more sweetness. I love all the different notes of the various matchas-- bitter, astringent, and the like --- but I wanted to see if I could really discern sweetness. It is indeed sweet and creamy---no latte action needed! I'm impressed that a plant can express so many different flavors in the hands of knowledgeable cultivators. And thanks to Tezumi for all the informational videos. They are fascinating, and they help me enjoy matcha even more.
