I bought these for my husband and he loves them.

i love the idea of these fins but found them a bit cumbersome to use at first. i highly suggest these for added resistance training in the water but it is hard to get them to stay in place because the neoprene stretches but the velcro does not. this is because my ankles taper more like an inverted cone rather than a cylinder so there is a gap that forms when fastened. this gap lets water under the neoprene which allows it to move away from the skin and dangle around my feet. i made some modifications to get used to them. first i removed 3 fins from each side so i could get used to the drag. i then used individual velcro strips to attach the neoprene base tight to my ankle overlapping the ends. once that was in place i added the velcro with the fins over it. the fins stayed in place for my entire swim after that.
