Great Product.

I use kettle bells for most of my strength training. I like this product because I can treat it like a kettle bell. I can snatch, clean, press, and anything else you would use a kettle bell for. However, it's softer when snatching or cleaning against your wrists.

Great for training sessions, better than regular weights.
