Hydro-Tone Hydro-Bells

The new HydroBells are a game changer. They produce much more resistance than the bar or round bells. I have thoroughly enjoyed this addition to my workout. 3/5 of my workout now is with the HydroBells. When I get out of the pool now, the pump is what I used to get from gym weights.

Used for the first time this morning in my water exercise class and everyone loved them.

Just like what I used in aqua PT. The all around resistance is so much better than the regular aqua dumbbells.
