Comfortable Knee Pads with Excellent Protection
The knee pads are of very good quality and feel very comfortable both on uphill and downhill rides. The only issue is sizing, which can be a bit tricky for women with larger thighs (like a skier's build). A size L would fit my lower legs well, but I would need an XL to comfortably fit my thighs. Other than that, I'm very happy with them.

Great protection and flexibility
Got these for riding mostly flow but some enduro and they are great. For the few times I've needed them they've been perfect. I don't have a ton of experience with different pads but at 5'9" an 155 lb size M is normally perfect. I'd say the seem a little small on the thigh and check your measurements before committing.
