Nice!
Not what I was expecting. Thats on me, not Shred. Anyway, they are comfortable on a long ride and true to size. I haven't really tested them out to their full capability yet which is a good thing? I'm confident they will perform as advertised.

Good protection, just not durable.
These padded shorts are a great piece of protective equipment for your hips and torso area. They protect the hips, tail bone, and femur bones pretty well. However, the sizing is not true to the website. I wear a 34 waist and ordered a medium. It was way too tight. I recommend going with the large or even XL, especially if you have big quads. So I had to exchange the medium for a large. The large is still quite tight, but fits well. The waistband is not sewed together very well and tends to tear at the seem. But overall, I like the fit and breathability of these protective shorts. They do the job.
