Some great and convenient Lobster

My first lobster meal was in 1954. Have loved it life long, particularly fresh by the sea at Wells, Ogunquit an Kennebunk. This order contained cooked picked fresh meat, raw frozen claw meat, and 2 frozen tails. The raw frozen meat cooked quickly in butter, and some boiled. I preferred the butter preparation, while the rest of the family enjoyed that meat steamed. Both were quick and easy. Of course, the hit product was the cooked fresh lobster meat prepared as salad in lightly grilled hot dog rolls. All the products arrived on time in Perfect Condition! Living out in the Mid-West now we will be ordering again soon. The frozen tails will be cooked this weekend. This will be a new experience.
