Consumer with low ferritin and low overall iron score

Started using product March 15th with iron count of 24. By May 5th, Ferritin was still low but total iron was 51. No upset stomach or bowel issues. Took on empty stomach and drank a few Oz of water with it.

Easy to take. Tastes good.
