I take it with Vitamin C in the morning and it's doing wonders for me, more energy and ironically even just better sleep when I take it at supper time (I go half dose morning half dose evening). You'll want to mix it with a juice like tomato juice or some strong mixture as it with water or in its plain form is VERY metallic in flavour.

I just started using it, the taste is not too bad.
