Loved getting Eden (again) she is beautiful and makes wonderful bread and LOVE the physical cookbook! The recipes are amazing and so easy to follow!

Loving it so far. Loving having the classes available to look back on. Now I’m working on protecting my craft.

The content is really good. True, the loaf in the videos didn’t turn out how she wanted, but I find that valuable for various reasons. True, the ratio is different in the video than in the written instructions, but she’s teaching a principle, not a recipe. It’s an art, which, by definition is imprecise and flows from chaos, then is given form by skill. I am a beginner to the sourdough world, btw. What I love is the chapters are all really short, so if there is something you need to look up fast, you search that topic and only need to watch that video instead of having to skip through 30 min+ of video to find what you need. I haven’t hydrated the starter yet, I’m about the leave for three weeks so I’ll wait until I get home. My only gripe is the sound is so weird. But I appreciate that she did this course all by herself and probably didn’t have the means for professional video and editing. Again, the content is so great! I expect her new course will be a step up
