Thorough and Comprehensive. Does not Disappoint.
Fantastic in depth guide. Got a solid sport specific plan to follow now and endless ideas to create effective boxing specific S&C workouts . I had been waiting for this to come out and it did not disappoint.
*Adding or making available blank excel spreadsheets so we can organize our workouts would be awesome. Also, arranging the exercise library by warm up/mobility, power, strength, and the different conditioning categories would be useful for designing workouts.
