Darling's Monthly Door Decor

I love this product but the madnets came not in place and when inhand it on my door the bottom plate falls off. This was also an issue with my initial order. So now inhave 2 shipments that wont hang correctly. I have emailed customer service on both deliverys and nobody has reached out to me. I love the idea of this product but if the next shipment is the same, I will have to cancel my subscription.

Cute concept and deaigns, but consistency in quality is lacking. Some bounce off of the base every time a doir is closed or there is a light wind. Missing magnets, chipped edges, flaws in wood that show through the paint, etc.
