I had bought an Era for my boyfriend, and he somehow figured out how to break his straw. So, I hopped on the Brumate website and ordered him a new straw. Definetly came in clutch when your boyfriend thinks he's indistructible lol

Replacement

I received my cup for my birthday. I was getting a lot of air when I was drinking just didn’t seem right contacted the company and they sent me out another straw which solved the problem. Great customer service.
