Minestrone

Excellent taste but I'm a little confused why each serving comes in such large containers. After adding boiling water to the recommended fill line, the soup occupies less than 50% of the total container volume. The excess space probably contributes to the significant drop in soup temperature that occurs during the recommended wait time prior to consumption.

Delicious soup. Love that it is shelf stable. Would recommend!

Very good! I add shrimp or strips of steak to make it extra yummy.
