Ursus CHTG2 - White

It’s very light and comfortable just had to get used to the lessened support. It looks just like a normal shoe other than a slightly wider toe box. Overall great shoe, and I would recommend for anyone.

My rating is 4 stars because of the customer service otherwise it would be 5. The shoe itself is great, comfortable, wide which helps for great lifting at the gym. I like how it looks and fits. The customer service could be better when it comes to exchanges. The first pair I purchased was slightly to small, so I reached out for a bigger size to get an exchange, for some reason I had to pay another $29 and some cents after I received partial store credit and picked the new slightly bigger size. If you wear a size 8 in women's order a 40 in their size so you don't have to do through the same thing.

Poor customer service. I bought these as a gift for Christmas, and they have just arrived. When I asked for an update on delivery, I received a rude email saying there obviously was going to be a delay on back ordered items. Nowhere on the website did it say the shoe was out of stock or on back order. When I pointed this out in a return email, I received a slightly better worded email explaining where my order was, but no apology. Not sure I’d order from them again, but the product itself is good. 🤷‍♀️
