Black & Rose Gold Flat Iron

I sent a lot of emails to the company to use a code that they provided for a discount on the order and never received an answer. Thank you! I tested the iron, and it works. I can't say it is a "wow" iron, as I expected due to the high price, because I don't see a huge shine on the hair. I will try again and see if it improves the shining on the hair as seen on the IG histories. I think it is a normal iron with a high price. 3 stars for bad customer service. Remove the company email if nobody can reply to messages. I was expecting a response at least in 3 days. I'm still waiting for a reply. Service is part of the product, so I rate it as 3 stars.
