Great products and customer service

I’ve been wanting to try DIBs for a while and finally had the chance to, I had to reach out to customer service twice-once to exchange my shade and both times they were so great. In a time where customer service doesn’t get you far, it had to be noted that they were so helpful. Not only are the products great but the team is amazing. You’ve got a forever customer now!

I have re-ordered this product multiple times and really loved it, but unfortunately, on this last order the color was off. I have reached out to the company on three separate occasions via email and I’ve also reached out to them on multiple social media platforms over a three week period, and they have not answered a single message that I have sent. You cannot get a refund from this company without talking to them first so I am unfortunately unable to get a replacement or a refund because they refused to respond to my emails. I have been a loyal customer and I have rep purchased many products from this company multiple times so this is really unfortunate.

Great product! Customer service needs work

This was my first time trying this product. I love it. It blends beautifully and looks great on. Unfortunately, the color was a little too light and I emailed customer service twice to exchange the color and never received a response.
