I’ve used eyelash serum from a competitor MLM that worked great for me, I decided to try obagi because I could easily add it to my order when I’m getting my usual skincare products from them. Unfortunately I find their serum extremely irritating to the skin and it burns pretty significantly. Disappointed for the price. Can’t comment on efficacy because I can’t tolerate it enough to know

Package Lost and No Customer Service Response

I never received my package because it was lost in transit. I contacted customer service three times asking for help, and no one responded. I also requested a refund and got no reply. Then I received an email asking how I liked the product, which was very frustrating since I never got it. Very disappointing customer service experience.
