The spice blend is incredible! I’ve been particularly favoring the shami spice for roast vegetables and sauces. The aleppo salt is a fantastic flavor to add sweet heat to a dish and bring out more nuanced flavors. I always have a great experience with all of the Shawarmaji products I’ve purchased.
