Fretboard Elevation Course

This book certainly took me by surprise - you can't just read it, you have to work through it, but it's worth it. It definitely got me out of my "fifth fret and below" playing. The course is laid out in small bits, but some things do take work, but it's all progress - the rest of the material falls into place. By the end of the course, you're cruising all over the neck. :) I admit that I can be quite the slow learner, so I'll be going through it again, but I was amazed to see that it was possible to be able to move around. For years, I couldn't get very far. Now, to repeat and make it stick. :)
