With one minor exception I’ve been very pleased with my new hat. The fit is perfect with the addition of hat sizers, and the 5” crown high and vent grommets keep my head cool, dry and airy feeling in the rain we’ve had so far. Dealing with Customer Service was quick, friendly and very professional. One minor displeasure, I found the leather chin strap stiff and uncomfortable; I’ll find something to replace it with. In all, though, a very pleasant purchase.

Excellent hat

The hat is a great fit and comfortable. And it has done well in the big test -- rain. I very much like the look and comfort. I wasn't sure about it when I ordered, but I'm very happy I have it now.
