I think your management made a grave mistake when not honoring my return cost. The product is not of high quality ( order a Simms to see what better quality is). You not only lost me as a customer, but probably another 10 I’ve interacted with about this. Your loss!

This is my 2nd straw, fits great. Also purchased Crosseroads wool, it is also very nice for cooler days.
