BIGNIU BG-S Pro Electric Bike

I am a super-fan of this e-bike! It moves like a rocket, and feels secure/sturdy while doing it! However, I do have one issue. During my 3rd ride (still on the 1st charge), the motor started making some weird noises (loud clicking, loud humming, loud scraping). The noises stop when the throttle is released. I have taken several rides since then (now on 2nd charge), and the noises come-n-go. Performance is still amazing though. Just wanted to give you heads up, that I may be contacting you if/when the motor shuts down. Thanks, Aldin

I’d like to get five stars but I can’t considering the issues when shipped parts are damaged and Tried to get replacement parts and they’re on backorder. Unbelievable. I purchased a bike for my kid to go back-and-forth to school and parts aren’t available. Nice bike but if you’re selling something like this part should be available and shipped immediately if they’re damaged.

Good alternative option to the surron’s and other bikes that are getting impounded. Cops in our area having been cracking down like crazy. This has been ok so far
