My son loves his MacFox M16 and it appears as advertised. However, when we were building the bike together (minimal assembly required) I noticed small errors that I didn't expect. Small things like the MacFox logo not being centered and some scratches on the frame. Good experience, not great.

Emailed MacFox inquiring about purchasing front and rear replacement rims. Almost instantly received an email back with pricing even though it was on a weekend. Easiest transaction and too notch customer support
