The pegs don’t stay in the upright position. The box was destroyed when the delivered the bike. I received 2 left mirrors, the front brake pad was stuck so I couldn’t get the front wheel on and I had to remove and reinstall the front wheel several times to prevent the front rotor from rubbing against the front brake. Additionally with the back rest there weren’t manual instructions on how to install the item. Custmoer service has been good and they will eventually answer all your questions; however, they can be slow to respond, everything is done through text and they will not respond to you if it’s the weekend. Once the bike was finally put together properly it has been a joy to ride. Its durable, has plenty of power, the seat is comfortable, its a great looking bike and the cops haven’t bothered me. I definitely recommend the product but I would suggest opting when the bike arrives on delivery to have them put together the bike for the extra $350 or take the bike to a bicycle shop.

Excellent ebike i have over five hundred miles on it now and love every second of my commute to work.
