My green stocks are on concrete and I needed something to roll them around up on the pool deck. These were perfect and they’re very easy to move and they have wheel locks so you can lock them and nobody can move them around like your grandchildren.

I originally purchased the Ultimate Spinner Base without wheels because I thought I would only need the ability to rotate my planter. It only took a couple of bad weather events to realize that one of the biggest advantages of a vertical planter and base is mobility. Being able to move it quickly and easily makes all the difference. I definitely don’t want to spend $40 on a base only to end up scratching it up by dragging it across concrete every time the weather turns. I highly recommend going with the Ultimate Spinner Base with wheels from the start. If you already have the base without wheels, it’s still worth it to purchase the wheels separately—you won’t regret the upgrade.
