Great customer service.

When my fuerte tree arrived the tip of the tree was mushy and flopped over, possibly from shipment. I sent a email and I believe his name was Carlos replied a few hours later. He assured me that if there was an issue with the tree moving forward he would take care of it. I really appreciate his professionalism. The tree has recuperated and appears to be ok now.
